This basic selection requires you to do a basic math test, psychology test, and interview conducted by our staff.
At this stage you will perform the first medical check-up selection stage, the medical check-up consists of blood, urine, chest x-ray, and physical examination.
Next, you will study Japanese for 4 - 6 months with our special methods and materials to pass the JLPT N4/JFT A2 exam.
After studying and practicing, you will be scheduled to take the JLPT N4/JFT A2 Exam. This exam is one of the requirements of the Tokutei Ginou / SSW program.
After you pass the JLPT N4/JFT A2 exam, you will study and train for the skill certification exam of your choice.

If you pass the JLPT/JFT A2 exam and the Tokutei Ginou skill certification exam, you will be trained for interview preparation with Japanese companies. Not only that, you will be scheduled to do an interview with the companies.
After you pass the Matching and Job Interview stage, we will help you to arrange the contract between you and the company, including documents, such as COE (Certificate of Eligibility) for the requirements, and for your convenience later when leaving for Japan.
Especially for Caregiver and Restaurant Field, you will be given additional training to strengthen your Japanese conversation skills for 3 months while waiting for the document processing. This is done because these fields require continuous communication with Japanese people.
